This screw type metering dispenser pump eliminates diameter and line variations often created by conventional piston and cylinder systems.
The pump accepts virtually any motor and driver which the user chooses. This is a strong advantage for a user familiarized with their current equipment. Since dot size or line width and length are dependent of screw revolution, the driver software chosen by the user will easily achieve any desired material dispensing size.
The AMD3 is the ideal choice for solder paste, UV cured adhesives and other particle suspensions requiring exact volume dispensing.

No tool is required to assemble/dissasemble the pump. The tool-less design minimizes cleaning time, thus decreasing machine downtime.
